Knit A Dishtowel Topper for your Kitchen

I released this pattern for the Easy Knit Dish towel Topper in 2009 in my Craftsy and Ravelry Pattern Shops.  I have received so many wonderful compliments on this pattern and wanted to share a few photos with you.  On Ravelry, delizioso has knit several of these.  Here’s a few of her towels.

The pattern that I created uses the entire towel folded in half.  I include several photos to get you started including this one.
I use a worsted weight cotton for the topper with a large eye needle.  There are written instructions along with other photos to get your stitches started on the dishtowel.
These hanging dishtowels are always so convenient in the kitchen.  I change mine for each season.  As the holidays approach, I’ll be making several for gifts and in my own kitchen.  Here’s my Santa towel from several years ago.
I’m currently working on a knit hanging towel ring.  I’ve made several and need to write up the pattern so that I can share it with you.  Here’s one that I knit.

With the towel ring, you can change the towel whenever you’d like.
Do you prefer one style better than the other?  Leave me a comment and I’ll email you the knitting pattern for the Hanging Towel Ring before I release it in my pattern shop.
